Quarrelling with Daddy

Endearments

I have been given quite a few nicknames recently...... though i don't like it alot, those who gave me the following nicknames seem to enjoy themselves quite abit.... :D

1. Century Egg (in Chinese) - 皮蛋
2. Small Worm (in Chinese) - 小虫

Though my preference is to be addressed as Andrea or 诗颖, if you can't pronounce is correctly, just call me "Girl Girl". "Honey" and "Darling" are exclusive to my immediate family only. Hee....

Changing Diapers

Dear Uncles & Aunties,

I have just discovered the Art of Changing Diapers and would like to show you my proud findings:

Step 1: During a diaper change always keep one hand on baby

Step 2: Lay your baby down & unfaster the dirty diaper, gently grasp both ankles with one hand, lift up, and slide the diaper out.

Step 3: Sweep your cloth or baby wipe from front to back to keep genitals clean. Clean between baby's folds of skin too, then apply lotions or creams.

Step 4: Place a clean diaper under your baby, fasteners to back. Wrap the diaper between baby's legs, open tabs. Wrap & fasten the side closest to you first, then face baby towards you for the other side.

Step 5: Nappies are designed to adjust to your baby's shape for a comfortable fit. You do not have to fold the waistband in or out or adjust the leg cuffs. Place tabs parallel to the waistband & evenly fastened on the characters present on the waistband.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

It's been a long while since the last post. Daddy complained to mummy that we have not been updating the uncles and aunties out there on me. Well, since it's Daddy's birthday, Mummy shall be a sweet angel and do the posting instead (although Daddy has been hogging the laptop most of the time as he is currently happily unemployed till 1 Dec).

Grandma's birthday happen to be in November too so Mummy decides to treat Grandma, Granddad and Daddy to a yummy dinner at a Korean restaurant at Amara Hotel 2 wks ago. The food is indeed good there and the boss is very hospitable (probably cos we are the only few customers there) and it's not too expensive.

Then we had dimsum with Granny and Auntie Carole, Uncle Yew Kit and Clarisse jie jie on Daddy's actual birthday.

So, how did Mummy celebrate with Daddy? She had a plan actually but then Daddy said to save it till their Wedding anniversary so it was shelved. So, mummy tried to dish up something for Daddy to "make up" for it. Well, it's quite edible (it's only Fried Omelette) and looks quite ok considering that it was Mummy's first attempt at it. Yes, my mummy can't cook for nuts and she's not feeling guilty about it! haha....

Ok, Daddy just peeped and complained why nothing mentioned on me????

Well, I've been very much pampered by lotsa of carrying the last few days by my grandaunts who flew in from Indonesia. So much so that sometimes I forgot that I'm hungry and thus not finishing my milk and Mummy is complaining about it. Mummy has this notion that all babies must be "bui bui & ba ba" (plump & meaty) so now she is thinking of ways to make me drink more.

Below is a pic of me getting ready to go out with Grandma and my grandaunts.

Besides the milk, Mummy has also been busy lathering me with lotions and creams for my Eczema. Yeah, I have more beauty products than Mummy has.
